All done in the Microsoft Word Document, interesting way to do the above. Quite tricky in places but turned out alright. Amazing how good some have turned out, quite happy with them.

Near Final Design straightened to suit text
Design looks better facing this way, flows in with the text much better. Result looks effective this way. Good I think. I softened the heart shape with the palette knife in Photoshop.
Proposal for Final Project
Written notes scanned in changed to PDF files for clarity then to JPG for blog. Outline of proposal is in here.
Close to final design for back of card.
Project Birthday Card
Final Birthday Card, the main project used quick selection tool, pen tool, free transform, path for text to be written on above the rose. I think the rose turned out well, it has been made up from three rose pictures and optimised in photoshop.
Leaves for final rose from here quick selection tool used and moved across to the card.
Self Image Exercise
This self portrait I only used Levels to optimise it. The image is quite alright otherwise, white noise is in this one too. Will improve on this in the future. Photo is interesting in the fact that the camera has to be moved around for the photo to turn out well. Plenty of composition in this photo with the reflection of the door in the background and the lines of the mirror and tiles. Interesting photo I think.
Self Image
Picture of myself, this image is not cropped, shows it how I took it. In Photoshop at TAFE I used levels, a little bit of brightness adjustment, not to much optimising. I guess it turned out alright, took some photos to get a few good ones. White noise did not come out much at all when using reduce noise in Photoshop. Still learning about ISO settings. Image is alright of cause, I am quite happy with it.
Zoom Blur Effect
This is my second attempt ever at the zoom and blur effect, a bit clearer than the first one but not as effective I personally would have liked to have taken more photos to get used to using this effect and improve on the end result, oh well maybe in the future sometime when I can use the type of camera needed to do this. Levels was used to improve the image somewhat. Result is alright for first attempt.
Zoom Blur Effect
This image has been optimised in Photoshop, Levels used a little bit to improve image otherwise this image is untouched. My first attempt ever doing zoom and blur effect, not as clear as I would have liked the computer at the end to be but it's alright.
Camera Resolution
This setting is on Image Size L 4.3 this size is 4000*3000 (12M). This is much bigger and more can be seen in the photo as well.
Activity 2 Camera Resolution Settings
This image taken on S16.9 The size of this image is1920*1080 (2M). In other words this is the smallest resolution setting on my Fujifilm FinePix F200 EXR camera.

Face Tone Tools
Face Tone tools used in this one. Seems to have helped this image somewhat. That is the only tool I used this time. Still not a high quality image but will have to do for now. It is an improvement on the others I think.
Typeart all together on one page
Have seen others do it. I accidently worked out how to put them all on one page at last. All have been good to learn and will use them when need to. Bit of a challange to learn some of these but I got there in the end. All look good together I am happy with the result.
Horizon View of Lake Albert
Levels used, Shadows/Highlights to lighten up the sky, some Hue and Saturation. Turned out good did not need a lot doing to it. Happy with the result.
Horizon Photos
This photo started out very dark with lots of shadows. I used the Adjust Shadows/ Highlights mainly using the shadows to lighten the photo up a lot, some lightness used and Highlights too. Levels used too. Turned out much better and lighter. Good result I think.
Sea of Yellow
No cropping done, Sharpness used as some flowers a bit blurry in background, it did help improve the above photo. Levels used. This image was pretty good anyway, photoshop elements did help improve the quality of this image. I am happy with this photo of yellow flowers. Violas I think they are.
flowers
Been cropped, colour curves used, diffused used. Didn't think this picture needed to much adjustment. Free Transform was used to move the image around. Looks alright.
Activity 7 Image Enhancement
These flowers have been cropped, brightness, contrast, a little hue and saturation used. Colour improved from original with optimising this was done in Photoshop Elements 7 at home. Fujifilm finepix 200 camera took nearly all photos that have been done in this course. I am happy with the result of this photo.

Self Image
Levels used, Hue and Saturation, Brightness, did not think this needed to much done to it. Picture taken at the Botanic Gardens.
Completed Pen Tool Work
All done with Pen Tool at TAFE Photoshop Elements does not have this tool. Took some learning to get the hang of this but I did in the finish. I am very happy with the results and think it all looks great.
PO Box Photos Optimised
Optimising this photo has greatly enhanced it. It had some white noise in it. Using the dust and scratches and sharpening the photo has helped improve it a lot. I also used Hue and Saturation as well. This has all improved the image and made it clearer to see. Photo has also been cropped.
PO Box Photos Optimised
Optimised in Photoshop by Sharpening the photo and adjusting the Levels. Photo has turned out alright.
Night Photography
This photo taken Manually with the Light Meter in the middle adjusted accordingly. The original was dark in places so I have used the brightness setting a little and adjusted the shadows not to be so strong. Hue and Saturation has improved this photo quite a bit I notice it has brought out the yellow stamen stronger and the green leaves more made the white of the flowers nicer looking too. The improvement made in Photoshop shows up well in this photo. Sharpness has helped it to become a clearer photo as well. I am happy with the result.
Night Photography
I used the Light Meter on my camera for this shot. I made sure the line was in the middle of the light meter for this photo and the light coming from the Lounge Room helped this photo to turn out nicely lit I think. It was all Manual Night Photography used in this shot.
This photo turned out clearly, in Photoshop I used the Dust and Speckles to help it to be even clearer and I adjusted the Levels some too. Otherwise this photo is fine as it is.
Night Photography
Night Photo taken at Leo Sayer Concert in Wagga Wagga. This photo was taken from way up the back of the room. I used the zoom to full extent on my camera. This photo was taken on night mode with no flash at all, I am surprised how good it has turned out. It is a little bit out of focus but not too bad. In Photoshop I have cropped this image, Transformed it by turning image to the left a little bit and using the paint bucket to fill in the shown gap on the top right hand corner.
I used the Enhance section on Photoshop Elements I have and adjusted the brightness a little and then used Hue and Saturation to help bring out the colour a little better I then saved the photo and posted it here.
Activity 9 Reflections
Reflections from the sky into the water worked well here in this photo. The afternoon sunlight reflected well on the water and show Lake Albert in a whole different light as to how it can normally look. This photo would be quite dull with no reflections from the water. As it is mainly a water based photo with some skyline. Being a reflective photo gives it a more interesting outlook to this photo.
Activity 9 Contrast
Contrast here is with this beautiful pink flower growing in this hard soil. It is amazing how tough this plant is. The contrast in this photo speaks for itself. Amongst the brown dirt springs this flower to life, first the stems that have died away then the green stems of life and to top it off a pink flower with yellow stamens inside. I think this photo truly shows contrast in tough conditions of soft and hard.
Activity 9 Rule of Thirds
This photo has been taken with Rule of thirds in mind. The Tree on the left is the main part of the rule of thirds with the footpath in view here too. Rest of the photo shows the Lake when it was low the foreground is now filled with much more water. The tree helps balance the photo out otherwise it would be boring if it was all water. I can see why rule of thirds is important.
Activity 9 Rules of composition Framing
The Framing in this photo starts out with the eye been drawn into the photo by the footpath, then the trees on either sides frame the photo into the depth of field of this picture.

Typography Horse
This was done with Layers and fonts that suited the horse. I enjoyed doing this a lot, found
Photoshop easier to understand Layer Wise just by doing Typography.
This was done over time, I am happy with the result.
The unfinished areas could look like the horse is standing amongst the grass.
Slightly Ajar PO Box
Used Unsharp Mask, used the pointers to make this image clearer, to help reduce white noise as well.

Red Stick removed
Spot Healing tool used to remove red stick. clone Tool filled in areas. Looks like it was never there.
Poster
Text easy to type in. Many layers used to create this, didn't all happen
easily at the time. Layers very new, a bit confusing at the time. Finding way back to fix font held me back. I nearly forgot about this one. Ran out of time to fix this now. Oh well can only do my best with what I know. End result of this not as good as I would of liked but will have to do now.
Removal of Pimple
Spot Healing Tool once again used, results show it has completly disappeared. Good effective result.
